用于选择按作业单合同安排的干预申请。用户得插入下列的数据：安装类型和安装代码、确定的服务、干预日期和用户。插入这些数据之后，用户可以利用“创建干预要求”的程序。插入某个干预申请不意味着真实的干预申请。“创建干预要求”的程序完成了之后，系统创建真实的干预要求。
